Tips On Design Scale and Custom Uploads

  • Design Scale means the size of the file that you uploaded. For example, if you uploaded a file for a repeating pattern the scale is the desired size of the single pattern/file you uploaded.
  • You will enter only the desired width of the file you uploaded. The height will be auto-scaled in our system.
  • Any numeral under ten must have a zero before it. (e.g. 08 for 8 inches.)

Important Requirements:

  • Recommended image resolution is 300 dpi. Minimum requirement is 150 dpi.
  • File should be in RGB color format for best results.
  • Accepted file formats are: jpg, jpeg, png, pdf, and eps.
  • You MUST own the rights to a design file before uploading it.
  • Design content must abide by our guidelines as outlined here. We reserve the right to reject orders that do not comply.
  • By uploading a file and/or by placing an order you agree to all parts of our terms and conditions.

We offer FREE Shipping on orders that equal 10 or more items. For orders of only 1 item we charge a flat rate of $4 for shipping and for orders of 2-9 items we charge a flat rate of $10 for shipping. See our Shipping and Handling Policy page for more details. Our target TAT for orders is 48 hours.

All our fabric is pigment printed with premium water-based inks (non-toxic, non-hazardous, eco-friendly) on a state of the art fabric printer that uses a one-step process to coat, print, and finish the fabric using patented technology and zero-water waste. We do our absolute best to ensure true tone colors and inspect each print job for quality and accuracy before shipping.
